Privacy.

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your company, your role if you give one, your email address, the inquiry type you select, and your message.

Nothing else on this site collects anything about you. There is no account, no newsletter, no lead-capture script, and no form other than that one.

This site sets no cookies. It writes nothing to your browser's local storage. It loads no scripts, fonts, images, or media from any third-party domain; the typefaces are served from metatherm.ai itself.

Page views are counted by Vercel Analytics, which is first-party and cookieless. It records the page visited, the referring page, and a coarse device and country classification. It does not build a profile of you and does not follow you to other sites.

Our host, Vercel, records standard web server logs including IP addresses. When you submit the contact form your IP address is held in server memory for ten minutes for the sole purpose of rate limiting, and is discarded when the process restarts.

A contact form submission is delivered by email to info@metatherm.ai using SendGrid as the transport, and is stored in that mailbox, which runs on Google Workspace. It is read by MetaTherm staff.

We do not sell it, rent it, syndicate it, or feed it to an advertising platform. We do not add you to a mailing list. We reply to the address you gave us and nothing more.

Correspondence is retained for as long as the commercial conversation is live, and for up to twenty four months after the last message so that we can pick a thread back up. After that it is deleted.

Write to info@metatherm.ai and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction to it, or its deletion. We will act within thirty days. You do not need to give a reason and it will not affect any ongoing discussion.

If you are in the EEA or the UK, the lawful basis for holding your message is our legitimate interest in responding to a business inquiry you initiated. If you are a California resident, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.

This site is aimed at engineering and corporate development professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we do with your data, the effective date below changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify, which is the point.
